JA Inspire Virtual is a virtual career exploration platform and much more; it brings together the business community, colleges, universities, local schools and is designed to help launch middle and high school students into their FUTURE—high school, postsecondary education, and careers beyond.
VFairs, the online interactive platform used to host the JA Inspire Virtual career exploration platform, allows students to explore the 16 career clusters along with local exhibitor booths in 5 different Hallways. Students are able to view webinars and presentations in the auditorium, visit the student lounge to explore more work and career readiness activities, and save documents and videos in their own virtual backpack to send home.
This engaging experience is a powerful way for students to learn about real-world career opportunities and their local economy. We hope students will feel INSPIRED to set new goals for high school and future careers after they complete this unique learning opportunity!

For over 75 years, Junior Achievement of Dallas (JAD) has been preparing millions of North Texas students to succeed in work and life. We are empowering students by providing them the knowledge and skills they need to manage their money and make smart academic, career, and economic choices. The foundation of all our programs is teaching students the ability to think critically.
JAD’s programs focus on three key areas: money management, work and career-readiness, and entrepreneurship. Despite massive disruptions in education and life during the last 2 years, Last year JAD reached more than 100,000 students through virtual and in person options. Our programs help students connect what you learn in class to the real world and demonstrate how learning correlates to earning – knowledge critical to empowering today’s students to be successful, contributing members of society in the future.
Not all students receive career mentorship at home, and JA Inspire provides the opportunity for students to begin exploring their future career options. This program allows students to gain real insights on what industries interest them, what specific jobs are like, and what education is required to do them successfully. For businesses, this is a chance to build your workforce and start showcasing the careers that will be needed for your business in the future!
Students will have the chance to explore future career opportunities by visiting virtual career booths featuring different industries where they can watch videos, download career information into their virtual backpack, and explore education opportunities. They can also access on-demand webinars from industry experts in our Auditorium and Student Lounge that includes tips on topics like career pathways, soft skills, FAFSA and many other topics. JA Inspire Virtual launches Monday, November 14, 2022, and will be available through July 31, 2023. Educators select the date they wish for their students to explore.
Yes. A guide is provided to the students through the student materials page that the teachers will provide to the students.
Yes. Students can add documents, video links, and reference links to their personal Virtual Backpack and download the content to themselves after they finish their exploration.
Yes. Individual student’s 7th–12th grade can register by using the REGISTER button on the JA Inspire landing page and follow the simple steps to register.
Yes. Parents, guardians, and guests can register using the Register button on the JA Inspire landing page and follow the simple steps to register or access the Parent Flyer with a parent login.
